8. Sovereign Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Turning Stone Casino is located within the sovereign reservation boundaries of the Oneida Indian Nation of New York. You agree that any controversy, legal claim, or dispute arising out of your visit, gaming activities, or website usage shall be governed by the laws of the Oneida Indian Nation and adjudicated exclusively before the Oneida Indian Nation Court.

9. Revisions & Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by an authorized tribunal to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions. These Terms are subject to periodic updates without prior individual notification.
